Dear students,
Some of you have asked about the expectations for Assignment 2, so I’d like to share my response to everyone.
As stated, for assignment 2, you are required to choose a different topic from the updated list – this refers to the management theory or concept you are applying. You can choose to analyse:
- The same situation or company from Assignment 1 but using a different theoretical lens, focusing on new aspects relevant to the new topic, or
- A completely different situation or company that better suits your new topic.
What matters most is that you demonstrate a clear understanding of the theory or concept and apply it thoughtfully to a relevant business issue. The change in topic should lead to a new analysis and insights, not a repeat of your previous assignment.
