Welcome to week 11

Dear Human Resource Students

The first this to be mindful of is that this Friday is when your written assignment is due.

You will be focusing on HRM can assist line managers implement HR activities / functions- specifically "Drawing upon your practical and theoretical HRM understanding discuss multiple ways Human Resource Managers can support managers in organisations undertake Human Resource activities".

I encourage you to include a Sheridan assignment cover sheet, also your own cover page, a contents page. Have clear headings (eg into and conclusion, references and headings / subheadings for different sections of the main body (eg you may wish to deal with each HRM functions in turn). Have a reference list at the end that matches the in text references in your essay. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to ask.

The second thing to note is later this week I will put up the review slides. If you want to begin to think about your exam I recommend that once you have handed in your assignment on Friday (or earlier) you then begin to look at the review slides. These will guide you as to where to focus your study for the exam. The recording (available also later this week) will give further guidance as to how to focus your study for the exam.
