In this unit you gain an understanding of the main functions and activities of Human Resource Managent and also gain practical skills and knowledge that will assist you in your careers.

I have uploaded some of the initial lectures, information and the unit outline in the 'Modules' area of this site.

I encourage you to keep on top of your readings and assesements. Time can run away from you quite quickly and it is easy to fall behind.
