Bring and review your researched information before week 12 ( Topic 11) - company websites , articles and other google scholar information  regarding your firm/company and the desired topic you have completed from assignment 1.

b. Write up 3 paragraphs with structure below. 

Introduction Describe the situation faced by the selected company from Assignment 1. Explain if  this situation/ issue makes your company efficiency and effectiveness to manage in a changing business environment. (Example for  Topic 1 is the current organisational  structure efficient and effective for your company in a changing business environment?)   Explain that in this Essay you have done further research ( literature review) on your topic and will provide recommendations for improved managerial effectiveness and efficiency from your topic's perspective)

Example for Topic 1:

Paragraph 1   : Describe the company's current situation in detail- What is current situation/ current issue you have found out in Assignment 1 around this topic area?.   (Example for Topic 1,  explain current structure  and how the current investigated situation creates potential problems for the company and its benefits and drawback of the currents structure for the  situation your topic area.

Paragraph 2  : 

Explain what is best management practice in your topic from the perspective of efficiency and effectiveness?. ( Example for Topic 1: Then describe from assignment 1 (paragraph 3) your research what is one key recommendations your have provided  in more detail and how it will help improve efficiency and effectiveness)  Reference you research based on company's website then support your findings from EBSCO  database premier ( library website) and other reputable scholarly databases . 

Paragraph 3:  Provide some further solutions and recommendations for improvements to your selected topic from the perspective of efficiency and effectiveness. Example for Topic 1: Then describe the if you make these solutions and recommendations in structure will improve the efficiency and effectiveness from a management perspective? Please use theory from your textbook to support these ideas. 

Conclusion: Summaries your findings from this essays research and key  recommendation ( at least 1 recommendation which may be the best solutions0 for improvements to your company's topic.

The overall mark will be worth 40% of the final mark for this unit.
