a. Bring and review your researched information- company websites , articles and other google scholar information  regarding your firm/company and the desired topic you want to complete for assignment 1. What is the one issue and 2 areas below that are affected

• Organisation of the Firm
• Goal Setting,
• Managing in a Global Environment and
• Strategy Formulation.

b. Write up 4 paragraphs ( 2 paragraph for each section)

Introduction  mention the company background. Conduct a PESTLE analysis , pick  one main issue  and maximum  2 issue ( no more). Then  how/why this issue will link to your topic of choice.

Para 1 : Describe what are the one issue  in detail.  Why may it not be working  or might be working well? What is this an area of weakness of this issue for your company? Then explain if this issue/weakness has any opportunity for improvement to your topic of choice. 

Para 2. Complete analysis of the issue using management theory ( relevant to your issue /topic) you have been learning from your lecture. Reference your textbook for management theory. 

Para 3: Provide your analysis and best suggestions for improvements for the issue. Reference company websites , articles and other google scholar information 

Conclusion: Summarise your findings.

References: Company website, Annual Report, Database ( ESBCO) , Harvard Business Review and textbook. Minimum 5 sources and max 10 sources.
